A scale range to compare ele
ev
An element value property.
defaultElement
An Element object whose properties will be applied to elements in this series that meet the comparison criteria.
inclusive
Specifies whether to apply the provided element's properties to elements inside or outside the given range.
Applies property settings of the specified default element to elements in this series that are outside the specified ScaleRange and corresponding DateTime element property.
